Forgotten username or password?
If you have forgotten your username or password, read the instructions below to resolve your problem.
Two variants exist, choose the one that fits your situation:
- Another local user has administrative access:
There should at least be one local user who has been granted a master administrative user role. Contact him (or any other local user who has administrative access) for help. If needed, he can also assist in setting a new password for your user account. When you have successfully logged in, you should change that password again to make sure you are the only one who knows it.
- The master administrative user:
If you are the master administrative user, and you have lost your password, you will need to contact Norid. Send a mail to email@example.com and ask for assistance. Please specify the link to the registrar web service where you have the problem, your registrar Id, your name and your telephone number in the email.
We will then examine your request:
- If it is OK, we will send an email with a password reset link. The email will be sent to the email address registered on your user account. Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password.
If it is not OK, or if no email address is registered on your user account, the request will be rejected. Contact Norid to add an email address.
